Terms and Conditions for Commission Sharing

1.Commission Payout Timing

Commission sharing will be paid out only upon completion of the client’s vacation and after NVRGRWN Travel receives the corresponding commission from the supplier. The timing of this payment is dependent on the supplier’s payment schedule and may vary.

2.Payment Format

The shared commission will be issued either as a gift card from the specific vendor associated with the booking or as an agency credit, based on the original agreement. No cash payouts will be provided.

3.Eligibility

To qualify for commission sharing, all booking terms, conditions, and agreements must be fulfilled without cancellation or significant modification to the reservation.

4.Non-Transferability

The commission credit or gift card is non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient as specified in the agreement.

5.Limitations of Liability

NVRGRWN Travel is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the supplier’s commission payment process. Should there be a delay in receiving the commission from the supplier, the payout will be adjusted accordingly.
