Reservation Promise

Reservation Guarantee Overview

Our reservation guarantee ensures we will make every effort to secure your requested dining reservations. This service is subject to availability and does not guarantee specific dates, times, or success in securing reservations.

Reservation Request Confirmation

To maximize our ability to secure your desired dining reservation, you must confirm the specific location(s) no later than 70 days prior to your travel date. This allows us the full 60-day booking window to attempt to secure the reservation(s) on your behalf.

Prioritization of Requests

Reservations will be prioritized based on your “must-do” list, as limited availability may restrict the ability to secure all requested reservations. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee exact dates or times.

Service Fee

The reservation guarantee fee is $25 per vacation booking, not per missed reservation. For example, if you request multiple reservations (e.g., Cinderella’s Royal Table, California Grill, and Topolino’s Terrace) and we can only secure one, the fee remains $25 for the entire vacation booking.

Gift Card Compensation

If we are unable to secure any of your requested dining reservations, a digital gift card will be issued as compensation. The gift card will be sent via email after you have checked in for your vacation.

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to fulfill all requests, reservation availability is subject to Disney’s policies and inventory. NVRGRWN is not responsible for any reservation unavailability caused by third-party restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
