1.Book Your Disney Vacation
Let’s take a look through options and availability for your preferred dates of travel and lock in your preferred resort, room, and ticket selection if needed for your upcoming trip.
2. Onboarding Consultation
We will jump on a quick 30 minute call that the entire travel party is invited to attend so that one of our concierge team members are able to begin planning your itinerary based on the things you wish to accomplish on your trip.
3. Itinerary Approval
Next our concierge team members will draft an itinerary based on the goals of your travel party. We are happy to make a few rounds of revisions until we get it just right. Upon doing so, you will sign off on the itinerary.
4. It’s Time to Book
Now you can relax and rest easy knowing that we will start booking all of your desired items on the itinerary during the 60 day booking window. Our goal is to accomplish as much as possible on day 1 of the booking window, so that we have the additional time to make adjustments and changes if needed.
5. Continued Support
We will continue to support you and your travel party both prior to and whilst on your vacation. We can assist with additional booking requests, ground transportation and even paid room upgrades. Prior to your departure all of your dining plans and reservations, along with a comprehensive itinerary will be emailed to you, and accessible via our portal.
4. Vacay, All Day!
