Once you have booked your vacation with NVRGRWN we will send you a copy of your booking confirmation. If you do not already have a My Disney Experience Account, at that time we would encourage you to set one up so that you can access all of the information about your upcoming trip.

We understand how important flexibility is and that when the need to cancel or reschedule your trip we’re here to support you . Part of our job as your travel advisor is to guide you though each aspect of your trips cancellation policy. The tour guides, hotels, properties, and experiences we curate for our clients often have their own unique set of cancellation policies, so we will include all cancellation details clearly in your trip proposal.

Our job is to find you the best value on your vacation, although not necessarily the lowest price. Pricing, while very important, is only one of many factors to consider when we are putting together the best package. We take our clients budget with the upmost respect and treat them with the same respect we would treat our own vacation budge. We keep your best interest in mind and make travel recommendations with all relevant factors considered. We are unable to provide line-item pricing as your package consists of many components.
